Our ethos at lofts of space is not only to maintain quality workmanship but to provide a high level of customer service. We feel it is imperative that we listen carefully to our customers and work with them to create a finished conversion that exceeds their expectations. |

To that aim we have a dedicated customer service manager who will liaise with you throughout the whole process to ensure all your questions are answered promptly and honestly and all is going well with the work.
As we are committed to quality we offer a customer satisfaction review within 4 weeks of any work being completed. This will be an opportunity for you to give us any feedback with regards to the quality of workmanship and level of customer service you have received. |
